system error of architecture
There are hundreds of small cities and towns in Russia that create the character of country. There are a lot of cities with great Soviet history and imperial time memory. One of that cities is the most known.
Nizhniy Novgorod is also know as "city og blue fences" - that name of city is well known in street art sphere. That name is connected with long story of city reconstructure when the most part of buildings was closed by blue fences. Mostly that fences were closing memorials of architecture or quay. Nizhnevolzhskaya quay is one of the most beautiful places in Russia and it was cosed by that blue fence more then 10 years.
I saw so called "system error" in that blue fences - the system error of city archirecture. Nizhniy Novgorod is the main player of the project, it is a sructure that is sick of system error. And I as an architect and artist would like to introduce you the problem of my research.
