Oh Wan! Project - the bay (wan) in your Bowl (wan) -

食べ物を盛る器としての「椀」と
入り江を意味する「湾」。
東京椀、駿河椀、鹿児島椀、、ダジャレである。
“椀 -Wan- ” It is japanese which means bowl in English.
“湾 -Wan-” It is also japanese which means bay in English.
This is a pun such as a word game that those two words mean different but the same pronunciation. So, we called “Oh Wan!” Project.

地形や風土を身近に感じる。
そんなアナログなことのためにこそ、デジタルを使うと面白い。
“Oh Wan!” can feel a familiarity with nature features and climate.
We think that it is interesting to use digital technology for such analog acts.

地形データから、入り江ごと掬い取って、ご当地の旨いものを盛ったお椀を作りたい。
地形も、うまいものも一緒に楽しめる。
そんな夢のようなことが、デジタルツールを使えば出来る。
Scooping up the bay area where you want from digital topographic data , then we want to make a bowl filled with a delicious food in the area’s .
We can enjoy both geographical features and local food at once.
